Cancellation Policy

Rental Fee: - Renter agrees to pay a rental fee of $100 per hour for the use of the rental space. - Payment shall be made in advance of the rental period. Security Deposit: - Renter agrees to provide a security deposit of half of the booking fee to Owner upon signing this Agreement. - The security deposit is $100 and refundable to Renter within days after the event, provided there are no damages or trash to the rental space. Use of Space: - Renter agrees to use the rental space solely for the purpose of hosting the private event described above. - Renter shall not sublease or assign the rental space to any third party without the prior written consent of Owner. Liability and Insurance: - Renter agrees to be solely responsible for any damages to the rental space or its contents caused by Renter or any of Renter's guests. - Renter agrees to maintain liability insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Cleanup and Return of Space: - Renter agrees to leave the rental space in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period. - Renter shall remove all personal belongings and clean up any debris or trash before vacating the premises. Cancellation Policy: - In the event of cancellation by Renter, the rental fee shall be refunded in full if cancellation occurs [Number] days prior to the rental period. - If cancellation occurs less than [Number] days prior to the rental period, the rental fee shall not be refunded. Governing Law: - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, USA. Entire Agreement: - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Owner and Renter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
