About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Management & Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective members, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Process new member applications, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate membership records in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Develop and implement member engagement initiatives, including newsletters, surveys, and appreciation events.
Recruitment & Retention:
Develop strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Analyze membership trends and feedback to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for membership growth.
Event & Program Coordination:
Plan and execute member-related events, networking opportunities, and educational programs.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, webinars, and special events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of membership events.
Communication & Reporting:
Prepare and distribute regular membership updates, announcements, and newsletters.
Provide reports on membership statistics, trends, and feedback to leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry professionals.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in membership management, customer service, or association management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and membership management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend events.
Hybrid or remote work options may be available, depending on the organization.
